Oh, I love the fish cleaning venture! I have watched my husband do that many times, but I'm not going to go there. It's an essential part of male training. Did you cook them? Scout looks like he is really stressed by all this traveling! I'll bet the temp is rising as you are leaving the mountains. Just wait until you get home.
